Returns & Exchanges

At Phix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium menswear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original Phix packaging, ensuring all original labels are attached to maintain the quality and integrity of the garment.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then drop off your package at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
